I can't log into the website! What's happening?
Please read through the following as possible reasons.
-
Are you an
Arona-TENERIFE entrant?
-
Only current or past entrants have a username and password to log into the web site. You
will receive an account number and password when you enter the race for the
first time. Entrants will keep their account number.
Please note that all results and general information about the race are made
public and NOT just exclusively to entrants.
-
Do you know what your account number is?
If you do not know what your account number is and you supplied a valid email
address on your application form, you can retrieve your password and account
number by clicking on I forgot my password a and entering your email
address. Your account information will be sent to your email address should your
email be found on the system. You can also contact the Arona-TENERIFE admin team
to find out what your account number is.
-
Have you typed in your password correctly?
If you are still using a temporary password generated by the system, you need to
make sure that you type it in exactly as you received in. The password is
CaSe sEnSiTiVe and need to be entered using small letters as it appears. If
you already changed your password, then keep in mind that it is also case
sensitive.
I am not getting email messages from the ARONATENERIFE. What's wrong?
There are many reasons why you would not receive important email from the
Arona-TENERIFE Pigeon Race. Please read through the following as possible
reasons.
-
Are you using a HotMail, Yahoo or similar account?
There are known issues with HotMail and Yahoo
accounts where email is not reliably delivered due to server filters blocking
emails sent by the
Arona-TENERIFE.
Arona-TENERIFEwould strongly advice any person using one of these
services to supply the
Arona-TENERIFE with an alternative email address, as we cannot guarantee
the delivery of important messages to the abovementioned accounts.
-
Have you supplied the ARONATENERIFE with a valid, operational email address?
For us to successfully communicate with you as an entrant, you need to supply a
valid, operational email address. If you change your email address or haven't
yet supplied us with a valid email address, please do so as soon as possible.
There is a good chance you may miss out on important communications sent via
email.
-
Are your email manager or firewall blocking the emails?
Spam has become a major problem all over the world, and many servers block out
messages. If you have a spam filter installed on your system, please be sure to
add an exception to allow mail sent from the Arona-TENERIFE pigeon race. Mail
sent by the server will always be sent as derbyarona.com or
joseledesma.com. If you're still in doubt, contact the vendor you bought
your PC from, your Internet Service Provider or your system administrator for
technical assistance.
-
Has the mail been moved to a spam folder?
If If you suspect that your system has moved mail from the
Arona-TENERIFE, check the spam folder. Most email managers move unwanted
email to this folder, and many times normal email messages end up in this folder
too.
Be sure to check.
Still having problems?
